Join the ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ Student Alumni Association (QSAA) and ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ Athletics & Recreation for this Gaels of the Last Decade (GOLD) Event!
Hear from Connor Emeny about his journey from ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ to Antarctica. The dream of completing an Ironman quickly turned into a world record-breaking feat when, at 26, Connor became the youngest person to complete an Ironman on 6 continents. The question of "What's Next" led Conor to become the first person to complete an Ironman Distance Triathlon on all seven continents, which he accomplished in February 2024.
Since 2024 Connor has written a book and created a documentary to share his story and inspire others.
Join us on Oct. 28th to see a trailer of the documentary, a 45-minute keynote talk including a Q&A, and a book signing.
