Biography
Joanne Badida has more than 25 years of compensation and human resources experience, having worked in human resources consulting firms as well as large Canadian corporations. Joanne is a Professor in the School of Human Resources, Centre for Business at George Brown College, teaching in both Post-Graduate and Diploma programs. She strives to inspire, challenge and connect with students. Her areas of expertise include compensation strategy design and implementation, compensation analytics, performance management, job evaluation, and strategic human resources policies and practices.
Joanne completed her Master of Industrial Relations and Bachelor of Commerce at Queen’s University.
