Join us for a timely lecture exploring Poland’s health system response to the Ukrainian refugee crisis. Learn about the challenges faced and lessons for global health systems in times of conflict and displacement.
Visiting Scholars:
- Dr. Iwona Bielska: Epidemiologist and health services researcher at Jagiellonian University and McMaster University. Leads studies on refugee access to emergency care and humanitarian response in Poland.
- Prof. Konrad Pędziwiatr: Sociologist and migration expert at Krakow University of Economics. Researches forced migration, religion, and health care access among migrants in Poland.
