    Join us for a relaxed, hands-on session that invites you to slow down, connect with colleagues, and enjoy a moment of creativity during your workday. All materials will be provided, just bring your creativity!

    Take a meaningful pause in your day and join us for a creative wellness session designed to support reflection, intention, and personal clarity. This Personal Mood Board workshop invites participants to explore what inspires and grounds them, both at work and beyond, through a simple, hands-on creative activity. Using images, words, and colours, you will create a visual representation of your goals, values, and the themes that support your wellbeing.

    Mood boarding is a mindful, low-pressure practice that encourages self-awareness, reduces stress, and creates space to step back from the pace of the day. This session offers a calm and supportive environment where creativity becomes a tool for reflection and reset.
