    Description:

Burnout is increasingly common in today’s fast-paced and demanding environments. This interactive session is designed to help participants better understand burnout, identify early warning signs, and build sustainable habits that support long-term wellbeing, both at work and in life.

Participants will leave with practical, easy-to-apply strategies that can be implemented immediately to protect their energy, improve resilience, and support overall wellbeing. Just as importantly, this session will equip individuals with tools they can share with colleagues, teams, and loved ones to foster a more supportive and healthy community.

In This Session, You Will Learn To:

    Recognize Risk Factors for Burnout:

    • Identify personal, workplace, and systemic factors that may increase vulnerability to burnout
    • Recognize early signs and symptoms across emotional, physical, and cognitive domains
    • Reflect on personal patterns, habits, and stress responses that contribute to burnout

Understand the Importance of Different Types of Rest:

    • Explore the concept of “multi-dimensional rest” (physical, mental, emotional, social, sensory, and creative)
    • Assess which types of rest you may be lacking and how that impacts your energy
    • Learn how intentional rest can improve focus, productivity, and overall health

The Microsoft Teams link for this session will be sent in advance of this workshop.
