Every employee deserves to feel valued for the work they do. Meaningful appreciation and recognition—especially when it happens regularly—strengthens engagement, trust, and connection at work. This session focuses on developing constructive, authentic approaches to recognizing individual and everyday accomplishments, not just major milestones. Participants will also reflect on their own preferences for recognition, helping to build greater awareness of how appreciation is experienced differently by individuals. The session includes practical takeaways, a participant guide for ongoing reflection, and an overview of the ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ Appreciation and Recognition Toolkit, offering tools to support meaningful recognition in day-to-day work.
