    Description:

What supports your wellbeing, energy, and balance? In this guided Wellness Mood Board session, participants will use collage, images, colours, and words to visually explore what wellbeing means to them. Mood boards are powerful tools for reflection and intention-setting, helping individuals identify what supports their mental, emotional, and physical health.

Through a relaxed and creative process, participants will build a personal wellness board that represents the habits, environments, and experiences that help them stay grounded and balanced. This session offers a supportive space for self-reflection, creativity, and meaningful conversation. No artistic experience is needed; just curiosity and openness to explore what wellbeing looks like for you.

    Participants will experience:

    • A guided mood board activity for self-reflection and intention-setting
    • A creative and supportive space to explore personal wellbeing
    • An opportunity to express goals, values, and sources of balance visually

    Alignment with Thrive 365

This session supports Thrive 365's holistic wellbeing approach by encouraging creativity, reflection, and emotional expression as tools for stress reduction and self-awareness. Through the process of creating a wellness mood board, participants explore what supports their personal balance and wellbeing. The session also fosters connection and restorative breaks that contribute to healthier, more supportive workplace environments.
