Dr. Stéfanie von Hlatky, Canada Research Chair in Gender, Security, and the Armed Forces, and Associate Vice-Principal (Research) at Queen’s University, recently visited NATO headquarters in Bruseels and Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE) in Mons, Belgium.
She was part of a delegation that included Nancy Ross, Vice-Principal Research, ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥, and representatives from University of Ottawa, Royal Military College, and Carleton University.
The goal of the trip was to better understand the intersections between NATO's strategic adjustments and Canada's research and innovation environment.
