Access 2

The Isabel is a proud participant of the Access2Program. The  provides free admission to events at the Isabel for a Support Person accompanying a person with a permanent disability, who is a valid Access 2 cardholder. Subject to availability, we offer companion seating, allowing the Support Person to sit next to or in very close proximity to a patron requiring accessible seating.

Please consider if you will want any specially reserved seats or complimentary tickets set aside from general sale. Your Isabel Booking & Administrative Coordinator will provide you with information regarding these options when they contact you about your booking request.

The Ballytobin Foundation supports access to public performance space at the Isabel for Kingston-based not-for-profit community groups and collectives. Events may be considered for funding up to $3000. Funding is not guaranteed. For more information, see . Checking yes indicates permission for a representative of the Ballytobin Foundation to contact you. 


Insurance – Queen’s University requires proof of $2M of coverage for Commercial General Liability insurance per occurrence with Queen’s University named on the policy as an additional insured. 

Coverage can be arranged by the Booking & Administrative Coordinator for your event. Queen’s coverage offers $5M Commercial General Liability and can be offered at rate of $75 per occurrence for events with an audience, $50 for rehearsals (no audience present).
