  • Workshops offered throughout the fall, winter, and spring semesters
  • PUTL modules available asynchronously online, and on demand
  • Complete the program at your own pace — no deadlines, no pressure

Step 1Attend 6 CTL Workshops of your choiceExplore pedagogy, classroom strategies, and inclusive teaching
Step 2

Complete 3 Professional Development in University Teaching and Learning Modules: 

  1. Foundations of teaching and learning 
  2. Practical experience in teaching and learning 
  3. Optional modules (Leadership, SoTL, Accessibility and Disability Justice, Indigenization, Anti-Racism).

Within these self-directed modules, you will have an opportunity to: 

  • Reflect on your teaching activities, document your experiences and feedback, 
  • Highlight transferrable skills, showcase your accomplishments,
  • Explore innovative ways to engage the future directions of higher-education classroom settings.
Step 3Earn Your Certificate of CompletionAdd a recognized credential to your CV and/or teaching dossier
