Queen’s experts available to comment on the G7 summit

World leaders will gather in Kananaskis, Alberta, for the G7 Summit, scheduled to take place June 15-17, 2025.
Canada’s stated priorities for the summit include strengthening global peace and security — particularly efforts to counter foreign interference and transnational crime — along with spurring economic growth, creating jobs, and accelerating the digital transition.
This year’s summit will include not only G7 member countries but also representatives from other countries and international organizations, including the leaders of Ukraine, Mexico, and India.
