Committee formed for Faculty of Arts and Science dean search

Principal and Vice-Chancellor Patrick Deane is pleased to announce the membership of the Principal’s Advisory Committee on the deanship, as well as the present state and future prospects, of the Faculty of Arts and Science.
In accordance with the Appointment of Deans procedure established by Senate, Principal Deane is calling upon the Queen’s community to submit opinions and feedback on the direction and leadership of the Faculty of Arts and Science. Submissions can be shared via a , by June 19. While the survey will remain open, input submitted by this date is appreciated, as it will inform the early stages of the search process. Feedback can also be shared to provost@queensu.ca.
Provost and Vice-Principal (Academic) Matthew Evans will chair the Principal’s Advisory Committee, which will make recommendations on the appointment of the next dean. Principal Deane would like to thank the following individuals who have agreed to serve on the Advisory Committee:
