Jenny WilsonB.Sc. ’11, Mathematics Major
Tenure-track Assistant Professor in Department of Math at University of Michigan

When I began my undergraduate degree at ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥, I did not intend to be a math major. But, I was drawn in by my math courses, and by the role models I found in the faculty and my classmates in the math department. After completing my math degree at ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥, I continued to a PhD program in pure math at the University of Chicago, and then to a postdoctoral position in pure math at Stanford University. This year, I began a tenure-track position with the Geometry/Topology group in the math department at the University of Michigan. Now I get to teach the courses that I enjoyed so much as an undergraduate at ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥!
