B.ScH '19 Mathematics Major
I really enjoyed my time at ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥. The courses were great -- I particularly loved the algebra courses, which heavily influenced my current research interests -- and I had a lot of great interactions with the professors; the quality of teaching was excellent. One specific thing that I remember fondly was the departmentally-organized "Math Club" where we would have pizza and listen to an informal, fun math presentation. And because I am originally from Kingston, I of course love the city, and always thought the university was very beautiful. My one piece of advice is that everyone should go to Morrison's restaurant.

After graduating from ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥, I did a Master's and PhD in pure math at the University of Waterloo (finished in 2024), and now I am a postdoc at the Technical University of Munich in Germany.
