All prices are listed in CAD. The registration cost includes a banquet dinner, catered lunches, refreshments for coffee breaks, operation fees. The cost does not include breakfast, dinner, accommodations at ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ residences, and transportation for facility tours.
We recognize that cost may be a barrier for some attendees. While we have limited capacity to provide financial assistance, we welcome inquiries from those for whom cost is a concern. Students are encouraged to speak with their supervisors and host universities about possible travel support.
