the first event in the new 4D x OII series, Teachings from Turtle Island is at 5:00pm at 4D or on Zoom

We will be welcoming various Elders and Knowledge Keepers from across Turtle Island to give some teachings and virtually connect with ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ Indigenous students.

Come meet and learn from Elder Alex Moonias, of Neskantaga First Nation.
 
It will be a hybrid event; remote learners welcome! For those in-person, you can also join us at 4D, where there will be homecooked food made by Kim!

Join MNO Infinite Reach Facilitators Lucas, Skyler, Ben and Mackenzie for a low-key beading circle, to share Métis beadwork techniques and some history about Louis Riel.

Join the Peer Health Educators from the Healthy Cooking and Healthy Eating Teams for a hands-on session where you’ll make your own loaded smoothie bowls and dive into the art of meal prepping on a student budget. Learn how to shop smart, eat well, and fuel your body and brain – all while connecting over food and the powerful ways it supports our physical, mental, and social health. 

Draw for participants to win a $25 gift card during each workshop!
