Common Questions
We will review your high school Individualized Education Program (IEP) in the accommodation process.
Accommodations you received in high school are not automatically transferred to university.
We grant accommodations that remove barriers and permit equitable access to learning in the specific courses that the you are taking.
Approved accommodations are informed primarily by the functional impacts you may experience in your university courses, and are based on:
- your first-person experience
- a review of your medical documentation
- an understanding of how your specific barriers may present themselves in the courses you are taking
- academic requirements and standards
